We heard a noise in the engine, called for an appointment, got right in. We were do for a mileage check so they did that first, then found the noise and immediately fixed that. The services was ok but the communication between me and the intake coordinator left something to be desired. I have already voiced my opinion with the service manager. When scheduling an oil change I was asked if I needed a loaner-I said yes and went off to meet my sister for lunch-2 hours later I called the dealership as I had not heard from them regarding my 1 1/2 hour service . He stated that I could pick up the car at 5pm or the next day! This was the first time I got a loaner and only then did he tell me my care would not be ready as it was given preference because I left the premises-after a rather heated discussion I returned to the dealership and expressed my dismay. He continued to talk while I was talking and when I reminded him that I was stating my case that he never told me ahead of time that leaving would take your car out of cue for the service. He began talking louder and at that point I reminded him that I was the customer. We have purchased two Audi’s and also our son purchased one as well. I was really taken off guard when I was treated so rudely. The service on the car was fine More
