I have had an excellent experience not only purchasing my Audi A4 from Schaumburg Audi, but also dealing with Necko for both of my last 3 Audi purchases from this dealership. I feel it is because of him, his Audi A4 from Schaumburg Audi, but also dealing with Necko for both of my last 3 Audi purchases from this dealership. I feel it is because of him, his no nonsense and no pressure approach, that this has made me an Audi driver for life, as well as purchasing my next Audi from Schaumburg Audi. Necko took a genuine interest in selling me the car that I was interested in. I only had a little bit of knowledge about Audi before going to Schaumburg Audi, and Necko definitely filled that void with his I was interested in. Not only did he raise Audi's name high, but he didn't lower the names of the other car manufacturers that I was looking at - he gave respectful, constructive criticism. I did reach the dealership with only about half an hour before closing, however, Necko was not pushy & didn't rush me at all. We didn't even talk numbers until I was ready to, which was well after the walk through & test drive. Some salesmen are more concerned with how much you, the customer, has to spend before even having a car in sight - Necko wasn't. I still went over my personal preset budget, however I was not looking into Audi's in the first place and told myself I would only go over if I really liked the car & had a good experience at the dealership. Well, needless to say, I did on both accounts & purchased the car at a fair & reasonable price. More

My wife and I made the trip from Iowa to Schaumberg to look at and eventually purchase a low mile, well maintainted 2000 Audi A8. Style and cosmetic appearance were as expected. A few minor things were wrong, and some repaired, but others were not. I have discovered at least 4 things in the vehicle that are either not functioning or not functioning as expected. As I stated earlier a full or complete disclosure of the things either wrong wiht or in need of repair would have made my post purchase anxiety a bit less I believe. The sales and management staff were superb. The service staff were courteous and honest. I felt like the sales staff was making sincere efforts to accomodate me in my purchase desires and at the end of the day the drive home with this V8 model yielded me 24 mpg and a fantastic ride for the 250 mile return trip. I may have another 1000 dollars to put into the car to address the items I mentioned but given the low miles and the otherwise "sound as a dollar" condition of the car it was a good purchase. I may look to strike a deal for a newer low mile A4 though wiht this as a bargaining chip. More

When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Necko greeted us immediately and we were looking at the A4 without delay. Necko was very attentive, answered all of our questions directly and didn’t make us feel rushed in the least. He’s very knowledgeable regarding Audi’s and took his time to explain all the features and demonstrate the car’s technology. When negotiating on price, there was none of the typical “dickering” and high pressure we've experienced at other dealerships. Necko came down significantly from the original asking price. We were very pleased with the deal we got from Necko and Schaumburg Audi. While we were finishing off the paperwork on the deal, Necko even had my wife’s car cleaned inside and out. Nice touch!
