Best experience at a dealership Carlo is a magician! I gave him the task of finding me a USED A4, black on black, manual. He calls me back BARELY a week later with new inventory that hasn't even hit the lot yet. This gentleman manages to find me a BRAND NEW A4 fitting all my criteria. I told him new was out of my price range, but he asked if I still wanted to test drive it for a feel, as I only test drove the available automatics at the time. After the test drive, he didn't really ask me the usual salesman lines. There was no salesman pressure. I buy cars literally every 1-2 years (my fiancee disapproves of my car addictions) and I can tell the difference in people who are just wanting to make a sale and people who are genuinely interested in making people happy. Carlo genuinely was happy that we were happy. (I also work with people for a living at a hospital so I'd like to think I have a good read). Carlo and the sales manager Gary got me into a brand new car, less than what I was budgeting to pay for the used cars I calculated out. It was pretty ridiculous in a good way. They definitely earned my future business with Audi as well as my referrals and I look forward to working with them in the future!! More

He gave me many options to get started with my lease and Kevin Jones was exceptional at working with me to get me the fairest price. Necko also took me through setting up everything electronic and how to use each feature in my new car. They also went above and beyond in my search for the corrrect car and there was no limit to finding the right car for me and bringing it to the dealership. After we came to an agreement I was out on the road with my new car in 30 minutes! The whole process took under 2 hours, which if your time is valuable- Necko and Kevin are the people I have confidence in to get the deal done at the right price and not go through the typical car sales cliches.
