Vehicle Service I brought my 2012 Audi A5 for an oil change last week. I called the morning of my service, spoke with Tony and made an appointment for that day. I spoke with Tony that I prefer to work with my Mike as my service advisor. I arrived a bit early, as usual, for my appointment and was greeted immediately by Mike. Mike was, as usual, professional and courteous. He told me what time I could expect my service to be completed. Of course my car was ready, as promised. The General Manager made it a point to come over and thank us for the business. The Business Manager who arranged the financing was also highly professional and responsive. We had purchased another Audi product from the Audi in Highland Park. All I can say is, go with Audi in Hoffman Estates. They are worth the trip. I would definitely stay away from Audi in Highland Park....unless....you prefer to work with an unresponsive and unappreciative dealer. More
