She was knowledgeable, patient, and quick on her feet. Needless to say I purchased my first Audi that same day. The negotiation and finance process was a breeze. Amazing leadership and service. Necko and Rick are absolutely amazing. I just moved to the area and run a restaurant so I work long hours and Necko eats in my restaurant quite often. Necko and Rick are absolutely amazing. I just moved to the area and run a restaurant so I work long hours and Necko eats in my restaurant quite often. He came in once, saw I had an Audi and I told him I needed an oil change and that I'd be in soon. He came back the next week and asked if I'd got it I told him I hadn't. He said okay, called Rick, picked Rick up from the dealership, came back and got my car, got it serviced and brought it back. They don't know but unfortunately, my grandfather had passed so I hadn't gotten the chance to do anything and life was really hard those days. Their act of kindness without me asking or them knowing my situation will always be in my heart. I can't express how impressed I was with the two of them and their amount of care. More
