Very rude service manager Service consultant was pleasant but the service manager was rude with a nonchalant unhelpful attitude! I took my car in for the airbag recall and an Service consultant was pleasant but the service manager was rude with a nonchalant unhelpful attitude! I took my car in for the airbag recall and an oil change. The next day I noticed a large bolt on the floor and my window wouldn't go down. I went back the next day and they installed the bolt back in the dash but refused to do anything about the window saying in their 32 point check they noticed the window sensor was bad. Yes, it was bad but had been in that condition and working perfectly fine for over a year. The service manager didn't even bother to take a look at the car or address the issue. He refused to do anything about the window suddenly not working, instead he told me it's a coincidence that it stopped working and that I should feel lucky it failed while the car was in their hands opposed to while I was driving..."I should feel LUCKY?" He then asked if I would like to schedule an appointment for the $250 repair...REALLY!!! Audi H.E. will NEVER touch my car again! Thank God for options. More
