I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. It was easy to schedule using the online scheduling site, I dropped my car off the night before and my service technician Tim checked in the car. He advised me on the right service I needed at this time. My car is 12 years old and does not have nearly the mileage that one might expect so service is always off-schedule. My car did require some replacement parts and a new battery which were handled in that same service visit. I picked up my car (freshly washed!) that afternoon. I've come to Audi Hoffman Estates for entire time I've owned my car and have always been very happy with the customer service and technical service provided. More

Brought the car for oil change after 45 min i get a text there's massive coolant leak all over the engine supposedly one pipe was broken. the car is been parked in a clean garage all the time i know for fac there's massive coolant leak all over the engine supposedly one pipe was broken. the car is been parked in a clean garage all the time i know for fact there was no leak at all bc theres not one drip on the ground I ended up paying for the pipe that most likely been broken while removing the engine cover!
