Audi of Hilton Head Service Department is excellent! ! Aimee G. took the time to make sure that my issue was handled - she is fantastic! Long story short, I tried calling Hilton Head Audi Service Dep ! Aimee G. took the time to make sure that my issue was handled - she is fantastic! Long story short, I tried calling Hilton Head Audi Service Department directly to schedule my service. This is something I have done since 2018 when I purchased the vehicle there, but I was told number was not in service and was directed to call Auto Nation. On the next call, Auto Nation Call Center scheduled the service with a driver pick up for the next week. The evening before, I called to confirm the appointment and car pickup. Unfortunately, the driver pick up was not on the service order. Auto Nation rep offered to contact dealership directly to try to resolve issue. Spoke with Aimee at Hilton Head Audi and explained the problem. She spoke with the service manager to resolve the issue/misunderstanding within the same day. Aimee is totally amazing, very professional, and a real problem solver. She was always my service advisor in the past and provided the best support I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. Although she no longer works as a service advisor, she was kind enough to somehow take the call and resolve the issue. Audi of Hilton Head is lucky to have her on board!! Steven C. is now the service advisor. He provided excellent service also. I was very pleased with the car care and service. I would recommend Hilton Head Audi Service Department to anyone needing Audi service. One of the reasons I recommended Audi of Hilton Head is the excellent service and customer vehicle pick up service. In my opinion, it would be best to be able to contact the service department directly versus having to go through the Auto Nation Call Center. More
Hilton Head Audi over charge customers ,untrustworthy, poor leadership and customer service. I was very disappointed with the service and interaction with the General manager Michael... he was very noncha poor leadership and customer service. I was very disappointed with the service and interaction with the General manager Michael... he was very nonchalant and rude. Unfortunately, this is the only dealership in this area therefore.....we will have to follow up on all completed repairs to ensure we got quality work for the problem needed not work to over charge customers for a higher price tag to meet their service numbers for the quarter. 2019 S5 needed to have cordless phone charging system replaced under warranty. I was greeted by Dante Russo who remembered me from previous visits. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and f replaced under warranty. I was greeted by Dante Russo who remembered me from previous visits. He was efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I noticed that he addressed most customers by their last name which to me shows respect and interest in his customers. Dropped car off at 9:30am. Left with loaner. Around 3:30pm, received call from Dante advising that vehicle was ready. When I returned to the dealer, Dante greeted me and said car was good to go. We exchanged small talk and keys and I was on my way. I few days later, I received a text with a walk around video with service technician Matt describing condition of tires and brakes and demonstrating that the charging pad was now working. Overall, Audi HHI tech Matt and Advisor Dante Russo were outstanding in their service and communication. More
