Be very carefull if you use this dealer. My recent experience purchasing an a 2021 Audi Q3 was very good regarding the sales person. Once I got to the dealer location to purchase the car, we notices some issues with the paint and scratches tht were not disclosed in the initial walk around face time video. This was resolved by the dealer, but it took several times, sending the car back to the body shop at Auto Nation. Once the scratches were improved, we decided to complete the sale and drove the car home. 3 plus hours to Greenville SC. The car was only driven a couple of times by my wife during the first wee that we had it. The following week after bringing the car home I was washing the car and noticed something strange on the left front lower side. Seems tha one of the body panels was pushed back into the car near the lower bumper. After looking closer, it appears that something struck the car and it was either not repaired or repaired incorrectly. When I contacted the sales person at Auto Nation, he suggested I take the car to my local Audi dealer for repairs. I have scheduled an appointment for today. I hope I do not get any more bad news and it can be easily repaired at minimal cost. Bottom line...Be very careful purchasing a car from this dealer. Make sure you look the car over very very carefully before the purchase. Because it is obvious to me that they do not do a very good inspection. This issue should have been noticed and repaired the first time that this car was inspected for resale. Also make sure you look at the paper work and take note of the actual mileage stated on the sales paperwork. Mine stated 9300 miles on the car. My drive home from the dealer to Greenville was only a few hundred miles. My wifr drove the car twice last week, just around town. When I looked at the odometer to see if it was within the 250 mile warrenty from Auto Nation, it was reading 10,400 miles. There is no way that we put 1200+ miles on this car in a week. So the 250 mile warrenty was long past. I will post an update as soon as the local Audi dealer here in Greenville inspects the car today. Hopefully no more evidence of damage! More

He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was serviced properly and that I was completely satisfied with the results. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and that Steven truly cared about my experience as a customer. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Autonation Audi service and it was largely due to the exceptional service provided by Steven.
