Audi Hilton Head’s service department’s customer service has come a long way in the last year. I had an appt to get a part replaced and a 50,000 service. I received a loaner car within 30 minutes of arriv has come a long way in the last year. I had an appt to get a part replaced and a 50,000 service. Absolutely OUTSTANDING! !! I live in SW Florida but had a bad tire/rim failure on Interstate 95 within about 10 miles of their dealership in South Carolina as I was returnin !! I live in SW Florida but had a bad tire/rim failure on Interstate 95 within about 10 miles of their dealership in South Carolina as I was returning home from a trip to North Carolina. Contacted them and they took great care of us - even to the point where a Salesman drove out personally to pick us up on the side of the Interstate. Service Manager was also outstanding - procured a new rim from New Jersey overnight, repaired my Audi S7 the next day and had us on our way home. I wrote a detailed 2-page Thank You letter to the General Manager of the dealership expressing my appreciation. Also had their Salesperson do me a quote on a new Audi S6. If my next new car is an AUDI, I will certainly buy it from their dealership even though they are 500 miles from where I live in Florida. Great people, wonderful service, impressive can-do attitudes. Scheduling and drop off early was seamless. When calling to check on my vehicles status, I had to leave a message at 10:40. Made a second call at 11:30.
