I was greeted by a friendly professional and my car was seen almost immediately. Once finished, he went over their findings with me and sent me on my way. They made an emergency appointment for same day, directed me to the on-site Hertz (courtesy vehicles were understandably booked) and I was off. Picked up car on Wednesday and no problems for the rest of our visit and 7 hour drive home. Well done! More

I had a problem with both my upper rear lights going out at once, after prior experience with service dept, which took Mike Locastro’s help to satisfy me I was very reluctant to return. Today I was greeted by Aimee, who could not have more caring and professional and made me feel at ease. I explained the problem to her and she agreed that it was very odd. Said let me go to service dept and ask, came back took the car in and within five minutes my car was back and the lights were working again. This was all done by just stopping by and no appointment. This is what I call excellent customer service by Aimee. Renewed my faith in the dealership and as long as she is there I will only be dealing with her. Outstanding employee, don’t lose her.
