When a part is on hold for a customer, it should not be used for another. We waited months for the service to be completed and take advantage to correct the issue at same time. The part was ordered and an appointment was set, only to find out it had been taken by another customer. Whoever made that unilateral decision should be appraised of the hard work Stephanie had to put in to recover. Thank you. More
