My latest visit was a disappointment, I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from them, the wrong size tires were on the car, I had to replace them in April of 2022, it has been a year from the pur certified pre-owned Mercedes from them, the wrong size tires were on the car, I had to replace them in April of 2022, it has been a year from the purchase date and I understand that, but the wrong size tires were placed on the vehicle by them, and they said that there is nothing they can do. I am still out the money to replace the tires that they sold me the vehicle with, not what I would consider good service. More

Come here all the time and by far the best Audi dealership in town. Monique was my service advisor this time around and it was the first time. She exceeded my expectations as this location often do dealership in town. Monique was my service advisor this time around and it was the first time. She exceeded my expectations as this location often does and took care of my vehicle while keeping the rates reasonable for a dealership. They often put you in a nice loaner and keep the process quick and easy if it will take a long time. Make sure to come here if you need work on your Audi over that other place in town. They even service Lamborghinis. More

This dealership cannot be trusted. Bought a service contract and due to the pandemic, did not get the car in, they took over 1,000.00 dollars and refused to honor any of it.
