My car had some major issues and it took three weeks to figure it out. Stephany Radke was my service representative and she really was amazing. I imported my car from Europe, having just served a tour in figure it out. Stephany Radke was my service representative and she really was amazing. I imported my car from Europe, having just served a tour in England with the Air Force. My car was nowhere in the Audi database. Stephany built a profile for it and now I'm GTG for future serving. Also, my car was not accepting updates in its computer system. It took 3 weeks and multiple communications with Germany, but Stephany and the team never gave up. My car is completely fixed now and I'm very happy with everything Stephany and Audi Henderson have done! More
