Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had a highly disappointing experience with Audi Henderson in July 2025. The salesperson wss Diego P. and his Sales Manager was Bryan O. After extensive negotiatio disappointing experience with Audi Henderson in July 2025. The salesperson wss Diego P. and his Sales Manager was Bryan O. After extensive negotiation on an internet sale with Diego and Bryan, they requested that I submit my driver’s license, insurance details, and other personal information so they could send me a link to provide a cash deposit on the car to "hold it" until I arrived at their dealership 30 minutes later, of course implying we had reached an agreed-upon deal. I was told I’d receive a link to send my deposit immediately after sharing my personal information with them, but after making me wait about 30 minutes, the sales rep came back and said his manager had taken the deal away because another customer in the showroom had begun to negotiate for the same care and was willing to pay more as part of a trade-in. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. It’s troubling that they collected my personal information under the impression of a finalized deal, with no warning that they would subsequently back out after clearing using my deal as leverage to coerce the other buyer to pay more for a car that had been on sitting on their lot unsold for months. When I raised concerns, management made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or to prioritize customer experience. The response "These things happen sometimes." And. I only received vague assurances about how my personal information would be handled until I further escalated the issue. The tactics I experienced were unsavory, misleading, and showed little regard for integrity or customer trust. Stay away from Audi Henderson. More

AVOID Jonathan Menser at all costs. If we had not already committed to purchasing an Audi, meeting this one snake would have completely canceled the deal. He never left the room for us to discuss what package we wanted, and he also never described fully what each package was. He works mainly on commission and he gets a minimum of 10% to 20% OF ALL PURCHASED WARRANTY PACKAGES. HE WAS CONNIVING AND MANIPULATIVE AND HE USED THE WORDS, “I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON ANY OF THESE PACKAGES, NOT BECAUSE I CAN’T BUT BECAUSE I WON’T for you people” he kept us in his office for a little over two hours. He belittled us, insulted us, and told us that we had to make a decision right there, and then before leaving the office. His tone, and the way he speaks is extremely condescending. This snake should never be around people. We would have canceled the whole sale if we had met this one unprofessional person.. as a professional myself I have never been talked to like this in my entire life. He should have been fired for his unprofessional and insulative conduct. I did consult with the general manager and still nothing was done. Again. AVOID THIS PERSON AT ALL AND ANY COST More

Elias was very friendly, helpful and professional. Didn't mess around or try to upsell us. We showed up and he asked how he could help. They countered and we gave our final price we were comfortable with and the Sales Manager (Geoff) signed off. Whole process was relatively quick and easy. If in the market for an Audi, or anything else they may have taken in trade, I would use this dealership again in the future. Ask for Elias ;-) More
