A year ago my service writer convinced me to prepay for my next service, but for some reason it was set up to expire in nine months, well before I would be expected to hit the mileage. As a result, I’ve lost several hundred dollars. Clearly, I feel ripped off. Since I opted not to do the full service, I wasn’t given a loaner car, which means I ended up sitting for two hours in their waiting area among employees not wearing masks. More

We had a fantastic experience in purchasing our newest car at Audi Gwinnett. Marco Neal was the sales person who we worked with. He was very friendly in greeting us on our first visit. Not only did he take the time to answer our questions, he showed us many of the features that we didn’t know about. It was evident that Marco takes the time to understand and know the cars he sells. We were on an information gathering trip in the first visit. Marco gave us a card and also got our information. We had reached out to all five Atlanta area Audi dealers regarding our interest in purchasing a Q7. Marco was extremely responsive as we had follow up questions (more so than any of the other dealerships). He was extremely collaborative and worked with us to arrive at a price we were happy with. He took the steps on the dealership’s side to minimize the amount of time we spent at the dealership in finalizing the paperwork and having our new Q7 ready to drive off the lot. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the entire team at Audi Gwinnett. More

Easiest vehicle I've ever purchased! I went to Audi Gwinnett to test drive a Certified Q3 with sports package. I have a hip that requires a comfortable seat. Was greeted by Willy Melchor and we discussed why I was there. He grabbed the keys and we took the Q3 for a test drive! Excellent ride and it was really comfortable. On returning to dealership I asked Willy to run some numbers for me. Some people were in a meeting and I needed to get to my daughters to handle a problem. Asked that he call me when he had something. Through the course of the afternoon, both Willy and Jeff touched base with me several times. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my 66 years, but never one easier that this. They were accommodating, friendly and sincere. I was not able to make it back to the dealership that day, so they offered to bring me the vehicle the next morning! I live over an hour away and was shocked by the offer. The next morning Willy showed up my Audi Q3. Can't express my appreciation enough to both Willy and Jeff! This is an outstanding dealership and I would recommend them to anyone! The price was a great deal and their customer service is top notch! More
