Just had my Audi 55,000 mile service. Denzel was awesome! Been coming to this dealer for the last 8 years. The last couple of times I’ve come for service, customer service has been less than stellar. The employee was disrespectful. I rounded the amount of miles on couple of times I’ve come for service, customer service has been less than stellar. The employee was disrespectful. I rounded the amount of miles on my car, he made sure to point out the correct amount to the last mile. Then as I’m going outside, an employee walks in and gives me the eat xxxx and die look. Audi, what has happened to your customer service?? I would understand if it was a new employee but this was the service manager who I’ve dealt with since I bought my car. Disappointed! Time to look for a different brand/dealer. More
