I was fortunate to have dealt with two great professionals, Larry Berger and Kedron Montgomery. Larry and I "courted" each other via phone when I inquired about a used Audi A3 hatchback that I s professionals, Larry Berger and Kedron Montgomery. Larry was prompt in finding answers to all of my questions on the vehicle if he did not have them immediately and was diligent on following up and updating me on the vehicle as it progressed through the Gwinnett Audi service rounds to make it "lot-ready" for sale. Kendron and I met at the dealership when I came to test drive the car and was a pure joy; relaxed, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He went through all the paperwork with me, listened and eased my mind on any concerns that I had (being a used car I had a few questions) and was very respectful of my time.
