First Audi The staff was friendly and overall courteous. This is my first Audi purchase so I had a few questions concerning the vehicle. I am disappointed becau The staff was friendly and overall courteous. This is my first Audi purchase so I had a few questions concerning the vehicle. I am disappointed because I was under the impression the vehicle was already equipped with certain features and wasn't. Like heated seats and navigation only to find out after purchase and trying to set certain features, they are optional. I returned to the dealership and spoke to Malcolm whom tried to undermine me, by saying he totally explained the difference in vehicle. He didn't fully explain that the A4 was the entry/base equipped line. He didn't seem to care that I wasn't 100 percent satisfied with my purchase and I asked to see an A6 model to see the difference in size and features. He showed us one and answered a few questions. Another sales person approached him, he told my husband and I he'll return and didn't. He left with No explanation. So, we left. I will NEVER PURCHASE a vehicle from this location in the future. NOT good C..S. and not how you retain customers. More
