Without Louie and service center I would not be a customer. Having to deal with people in any service department can always be a pain. Louie and his colleagues in the service department have been the only reason's I bring my car to Biener Audi instead of a regular repair shop. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and leave with your car in perfect working condition, and are quick to resolve any issues that may come up. As an example, I had brought my car in for a 35k service and after picking up the car everything checked out, so I drove off the lot and went to get some lunch. After eating I turned my car on and noticed the service light had turned back on (it did not turn on when I left Biener). I immediately called the service department and asked to speak to Louie. Within 30 minutes of the phone call, I had driven back, had the service light reset, and drove back home. It could have not have worked out better, and I know if I were dealing with any other service department, I would have had to scheduled another appointment. Louie and his colleague will go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied and happy. More

Louis always goes the extra mile to make all my service apps exceptional. He does his best with loaner cars, fitting me in for last minute appts, delivering my car if needed, taking the time it explain what and why some service is needed . He works with me to accommodate my needs and schedule. I 've owned cars from all the north shore dealers and I have never dealt with a service professional like Louie. I hope as long as I continue to buy cars at Biener Louie will be there. More

I have dealt with multiple Audi dealerships over the years, but Biener Audi is by far my favorite and the one I have continued to work with year after year. I am not one who loves to drive so car reliability and service are crucial to me. The Audis have always been reliable and handle excellently in the snow. The best facet of the Biener Audi Service Department is LOUIE DEL BALZO. He is an incredible customer relations person to work with. He is always aware of everything about you and your car, gets you in to the appointments you need, is honest and accurate about the timeframes, and is a true professional in every way. Working with Louie lessens any and all anxiety I have about car issues as I know with him orchestrating all of my service needs there is nothing to worry about. I only hope that everyone is as lucky as I am when it comes to service for their car. Truly, Louie is one of a kind! More

Upon arrival, with or without an appointment, he greets you and is always willing to make time to talk with you and discuss whatever problem you're dealing with. Whether it's a noise coming from the AC system or a tire pressure/fluid check, he always manages to find time to fix and/or maintain your car as quickly as possible. Always conscientious, self-motivated and thoroughly prepared, Louie knows his stuff and makes his clients feel like members of the "Audi family".
