He is in charge of insuring that the 2 Audi's that my son and daughter drive are in perfect mechanical shape. One of the cars is 10 years old, not bought at Biener, but because of Louis and the superior service I receive at Biener, the car is serviced there. I picked my sons car up today after its annual service. Car was delivered freshly washed and even the interior was vacuumed. Porsche and BMW never cleaned the interior of my cars. That's a really nice touch. Well done Lou and the Biener service team. More

I decided to call Louis when I could not figure out what was wrong. He was on his way out the door yet he stayed on the phone with me and walked me through everything I needed to do. I felt terrible as I know from experience that when I want to leave work, I WANT TO LEAVE WORK! Because of Louis, my car is in the shop being fixed as I write this review! My family has had many AUDI's and we stay loyal customers to BEINER AUDI because of Louis and the service he gives us. I have had many high end vehicles BUT never received the quality of service that Louis and the AUDI team has provided us. He treats myself and my family as friends, not customers.
