Louis Del Balzo and his crew are the reason I keep coming I'll start by saying that I no longer live in the area and I now have to drive all the way from Jersey City. That's how good the service is. Louis Del Balzo always takes care of me. It's never a question of "if" I'll be receiving exceptional service or not, it's just the norm. Louis makes everything stress-free and he always make it a priority to get me in and out as fast as possible. I also never feel ripped off, even for a german car company. The guys at Biener set the benchmark for quality service. More
Shouldn't come in on weekend Come in on 12/12 Saturday for Q5 15K service and need loaner car or rental car (Called week before to confirm the rental car too), she says on paper j Come in on 12/12 Saturday for Q5 15K service and need loaner car or rental car (Called week before to confirm the rental car too), she says on paper just marks drop off nothing else, so I ask how long it takes, and she says 2 hours. I say I need car to go home, and she just brushes me off. Luckily gentleman besides her steps in to take of this problem. I complain about rear weeper makes a lots noise about 3 months after last service (They changed weeper blade insert too), and she says she changes hers twice this year. If what she says is truth, AUDI should looks into this issue because I have the other SUV and I don't change rear weeper blade insert for more than one year. Anyway, I get charge $53 dollars for that insert. But I think maintenance team does very good job and deserves 5 star, but the front desk is not up to standard. More

It was registering that I was driving in Conn when actually I w Recently I was having trouble with the screen display of my GPS system in my new Audi. It was registering that I was driving in Conn when actually I was in Roslyn,NY. I called the service dept and they told me to come right over. Fifteen minutes later I was there and didn't have to wait one minute when the head valet in the Service Dept hopped in my car and immediately saw that the problem was that I had inadvertently hit a button that zoomed my satellite radius to 100 miles. He readjusted it and was extremely pleasant, professional and eager to help me with any other questions I had about the systems in my car. He treated me like I was the most valued customer they had. He was totally knowledgeable and beyond patient with my half hour of questions about the minutaie of my car. He even got a pad an clearly wrote everything down for me! When we were finished he encouraged me to "come back any time and he would be happy to explain anything else". He is a loyal and happy employee and that sets the tone in the entire service dept. Kudos and thanks to Ralphie!! More
