Matt Weston I recently got stuck because the battery in my key was depleted and the car would not start. I looked for help in the owner’s manual to no avail and called roadside assistance. I then called Matt Weston to alert him my car would be arriving soon. He told me to try holding the key on the steering wheel column where you would insert a traditional key in older model cars. Viola! The car started. I cancelled the tow truck, went to the store and bought a new battery and realized the next time I have a problem I will call Matt first. More

Working with Marc is a pleasant, professional hassle free experience from start to finish. He kept us updated on when our vehicle would arrive and ensured that it was delivered ASAP. He explained the details of our deal, and was very responsive to calls and emails through the process. Marc was also proactive emailing documents without our even requesting them. We recommend Marc highly to our friends, relatives and colleagues. Marc introduced us to Kevin the Biener technologist on the day of delivery. Kevin set up our Homelink, connected our iPhones, set up our Apple Car Play and walked us through the new MMI interface. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions. Recall work Charles said the recall work would take 1 1/2 hours. I walked into the service department exactly when 1 1/2 half hours had elapsed. As I was walking to the counter to speak to Charles my phone rang. It was him on the phone announcing the car was ready. Talk about timing. We had a good laugh.
