Technical expertise: Marc knows all the cars and the options extremely well and is able to match them perfectly to our needs. Sales Process: Marc and the Biener team have really streamlined the process so it is virtually hassle free. This allows you to spend the time researching the vehicle versus worrying about the paperwork. Responsiveness: Marc and the Biener team are always attentive to your needs and questions. Whether on-sight, via the phone or email, Marc would get back to us on our questions almost immediately. Integrity: Marc is always transparent and gives you a value priced deal. We never feel pressured when dealing with him and trust him completely. We have recommended him to others who feel the same. Supporting Marc is a great Biener team. On pick-up day, Kevin set the vehicle up so the transition from our old car to the new one was seamless. As with our past experiences, the Biener service department is terrific as well, always making getting service as painless as possible.
