As silly as this sounds, the vibe and approach of the salespeople is as important to me as the numbers. Drew Russo, very good sales manager; professional and polite and made it clear in a non-aggressive way he wanted to earn our business. Donald, salesman also informative and helpful with a sincere persona! We readily negotiated a deal and the car was ready the same day with some nice freebies! All weather mats and Audi swag which was a nice touch! I sense this dealership would like your business for life, not a single deal. I would recommend Biener as your first stop if you are in the market for an Audi. My experiences elsewhere were subpar in comparison. Ask for Drew and Donald! More

Everything couldn't have gone smoother Jeremy DeJesus ALWAYS makes sure our service experience goes smoothly. Not an easy feat considering 5 of us in the family own Audis! He assures we get in/out quickly, always has a loaner available if need be. One weekend after service was closed I had an issue and he made himself available to me on his cell phone! Now that's service. He is the epitome of professionalism, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly as well. I can count on great service because Jeremy is beyond amazing.
