It was pretty apparent that I enjoyed it, and from that moment on, Rich Pizzo and Ed Glicksman made sure that I didn’t leave the showroom without making a deal. I have always been so fond of Rich because of how well he has treated my family and me over the years, and even while I was in the Mercedes we still leased a couple of Audis for my daughter. Apart from the car itself, returning to Biener, specifically to work with Rich was my motivating factor in making the switch. Service of My Car at Biener Audi I recently hit a major hole in the road while driving. Late that evening when entering my car to drive home after work I noticed a large bubble formi I recently hit a major hole in the road while driving. Late that evening when entering my car to drive home after work I noticed a large bubble forming on my front tire on the drivers side. That was the tire which hit the hole earlier in the day. I was scheduled to drive my daughter early the next morning to Washington D.C. so I had a personal crisis on my hands. I rushed to Biener and caught the last person locking up for the day. He was kind enough to inspect my tire and advised that I needed to get a new tire installed before doing any serious driving. Although Biener service was totally booked for the next day he advised me to return at opening the next morning with my daughter and fully packed for travel. I returned at 7:30 am, the 5th car to line up. My car was immediately taken care of by the staff replacing the tire, checking all fluids etc. We were able to arrive in Washington as planned. This is a typical experience I have enjoyed the past 8 years with Biener Audi. I am totally grateful for the great work they perform. More
