Excellent Overall Experience - Lauren is the BEST! I'm not the easiest customer - I love cars and help friends and family buy/lease vehicles regularly. I'm informed. Two months before visiting Biener, I'm not the easiest customer - I love cars and help friends and family buy/lease vehicles regularly. I'm informed. Two months before visiting Biener, I helped my sister lease a new Accord - it was a multi-day experience and it was extremely tiring. I was looking to lease a new a car and had a few very different models in mind. Volvo Glen Cove was a joke - the sales manager actually convinced me to NOT get a Volvo. Thanks, I guess?...moving on. The numbers he gave me for a lease on an S60 were laughable. I decided to move forward with an A5, and noticed that Biener had one in the color I wanted. I stopped by and Lauren helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Audi lineup - and that statement is coming from a car guy. You would think that goes without saying, but I have had more than one experience where I, the customer, had to explain a car feature to the salesman of a car they were trying to sell me. Also, Lauren was QUICK, EFFICIENT and PROFESSIONAL. Definitely ask to see her if you're in the market for a new Audi. More

When we leased the car, the sales person actually lied to us about the residual value of the car just in order for us to lease it rather than to buy it. But we paid more than $5000 being deceived by the dealership about the residual value. We were also sold the insurance to cover any damage that may happen during the lease period, which was useless in our case because we have always planned to buy it, either right away or after the lease ended. By the time the lease ended and we were buying the car, we were told this insurance was completely irrelevant and useless but we paid $800 for it thanks to the great sales people in Berner. What's worse is that they take no responsibility for their own repair work too. Our car was broken into and we sent our car back to the dealership to repair. The side window behind the driver seat was repaired, but incorrectly. The trim retention clip was missing and over time, the trim was coming off and the window became shaky. We found out this from another dealership and contacted Biener service department. As you can imagine, we got no response at all and they were being totally irresponsible. If you want to buy a car from a honest dealership who doesn't trick you and repair your car in the way it should be, don't buy or lease from Biener Audi!!! More

I got t I feel compelled to write this review because I want others to know what kind of operation this Biener Audi is, but first a little background. I got tired of bringing my Masarati Ghibli in for repairs so once my lease ended I jumped to get a reliable car. I ended up leasing an Audi RS5 from Biener. During the leasing process I did feel that their dealings were not completely above-board, but I went ahead and leased the car anyway because they offered me a good deal. I brought my car in for a service and they gave me loaner car. This is when Biener showed their true colors. I hit a raccoon with the loaner and the front bumper was damaged. I got an estimate from a body shop which was a little above $2,500. I then called Beiner and they suggested that I bring the car in. The service adviser, Charles Graf, told me that it'll cost me around $3,500 to repair the car. I didn't want my insurance to get involved so I told them that I'll get back to him the next day. Charles called me the next day and told me that it was going to cost $25,000 (yes, 25k) to repair the car. I almost had a heart attack. 25k to repair the front bumper. To make a long story short I offered to buy the car from them. It had around 3k miles on it and the sticker price was $36k (Audi A4). They told me that they couldn't sell the car to me. I then asked to speak to the Service Director (Stephen Garrett). He was very rude and was in no mood to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to the owner of dealership and that's when the reality set in. The owner was 10 times worse than his staff. I leased an 80K car but they couldn't care less. No amount of pleading helped me and I had put the claim through my insurance company which is what I was trying to avoid. I will never buy/lease a car from Biener Audi. Hopefully, someone else will read this review and do the same. I have no ill will towards them but they are a bunch of shady car guys with no ethics. More

Everyone at Biener that helped me deal with the car problems were exceptional From sales, to service and all the way in the back where the car was eventually fixed.
