Inspection Sticker Eye Sore I came to this dealership in need of NYS inspection and a host of other basic services. As a first time customer, I will say the rep I worked with was I came to this dealership in need of NYS inspection and a host of other basic services. As a first time customer, I will say the rep I worked with was extremely friendly and professional. Five stars here. However, there were two main concerns of my visit that bothered me: 1) Waiting Room - I chose to wait for my vehicle. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on, I would assume social distancing would be a priority for everyone. The waiting room at the dealership is relatively small and given the volume of waiting customers on the day of my visit, the place looked congested. I was so uncomfortable with the accommodations that I chose to walk around the neighborhood for 1.5 hours. I have another vehicle (another car make/model) that also needed a NYS inspection. I took that vehicle to a dealership up the road and they had a waiting area that included their indoor space and an improvised outdoor bench/tent area for any overflow. 2) Placement of Inspection Sticker - who ever stuck the new inspection sticker on my windshield must have been playing a game of 'pin the sticker on the windshield' with a blind-fold on. Of all the inspection stickers I've had in my driving career, I've never seen one so carelessly placed. I don't consider myself the anal type, but seriously, it is such an eye-sore that I will have to endure it for a year. It will be a year-long reminder of the service I got. For things like oil changes, replacing cabin filters, etc., customers cannot readily see the quality of work when they pick up their vehicle. You would expect in all instances that the technician would put in quality work and effort on your vehicle considering the $$ poured into the visit. Something like a carelessly placed sticker speaks volumes to me - it doesn't require skill or training and doesn't require a lot of time. Yet, for a brand like Audi, this small detail at this particular dealership didn't seem important enough to warrant anyone's time and effort. Would I come back? Probably not. More

Timely and courteous I really felt that both the salesman and the service department were interested in my problem and made sure that I was satisfied.
