Irately write review BUT my experience with Bieber Audi was SO BAD that I had to write one . I bought a Q 5 from this dealer . I had the worst experience EVER ! Terrible service and deceptive sale pitch ! was SO BAD that I had to write one . I bought a Q 5 from this dealer . I had the worst experience EVER ! Terrible service and deceptive sale pitch !! They tried to add over $1400 in fees even though their site says there are no extra fees or charges. Then the finance guy , Ali whose recently hired, promised to replace a damaged part but fails to return my numerous calls .I have called HIM at least 8x!!!! I’ve called 20x for service . No one Ever calls you back !!! Rude and unprofessional ! PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE ! Customers deserve good treatment and respect ! More
