After a negotiated price for an A5 with my salesman, bogus fees were added. They refused to write any of these charges down. Be keenly aware of “dealer fees” and “title” charges on top of “doc” fees. These extra charges amounted to another 10% on top. I went there to buy and had to walk away. It’s like a scene from a 70s used car lot movie. So disappointed in Beiner. They need to clean up the pre-owned management. They’ve lost my business forever. I’ll be going to their competitors. Humiliating experience from a dealership that does not honor their deal! I am in wine business, but the car they had in stock did not have mats for the floor and the trunk cover. I told them that I need them to protect the floor from possible breakage and to protect my products from the sun. They said no problem. Then, after I signed everything, they left out a cargo mat. They claimed that I did not ask for a "cargo mat" but only asked for floor mat. I did not know that there was a difference! I explained to them why I needed them but they could care less. This was all done by George Faccio. Sales Manager DREW yelled at me, saying that he never said the word CARGO, and it is all a-la-carte! So, I was supposed to negotiate front wheel, back wheel and cargo all separately? Don't even count on hearing from the GM, even after I sent an email and left a voicemail. FAMILY OWNED? TREAT the customer like a FAMILY? Just a BLUNT LIE! A few days later, George Faccio called me and tried to have to remove a bad review. He said that he could sell me a cargo mat at cost. Original price was $165. He said his cost was $145. Another LIE. I just got it on Ebay from an Audi dealership in CA for $110 that includes shipping. I highly doubt that the cost on the cargo mat is $145. Just stay away from these people. UNBELIEVABLE! More

I brought in my brand new 2021 Q5 for some wiper issues where my driver side wiper was extending too much and actually hitting the side of the car. Spoke of the issue to one of the advisors, even emailed where my driver side wiper was extending too much and actually hitting the side of the car. Spoke of the issue to one of the advisors, even emailed him a video I recorded, then I went into the waiting room thinkin this will only be a 30 min Job as these were just wiper blade adjustment... Literally went in at 8:30AM in the morning and about 1hr 30 mins later, my advisor told me the jobs done. I asked him what was wrong with it and he said "we just adjusted the wiper blade". Ok, my car is barely 2 months old with 1500 miles on it, and it took an hour and a half to adjust wiper blades? At this point I just wanted to go home. When the car pulled up, the first thing I noticed was they replaced my Dealer Plate Frame, (I did not purchase my Q5 at Biener Audi) to one of their own. Ok, that's a little shady, but whatever. Then, I turn my wipers on and behold, it's still hitting the A Pillar! They also performed a complimentary multi point inspection on my BRAND NEW 2021 Q5 with 1,500 Miles on it. Ok, so you spent 1.5 hours on inspecting a 2 month old vehicle, and changing my dealer plate frames while my issue was not resolved.. What's more amazing is on one of the multipoint inspection, the mechanic put my brakes were at 9mm and required future attention. LOL. The new pads are at 10 MM so your stating I chopped off 1 MM in 1500 miles. So I guess at this rate, I'm due for a brake pad change at my first 10k Maintenance right? Needless to say, I won't be returning to this dealer. If you like overpaying and getting services you don't need, I highly recommend this Dealership. More

I don't know whether the used inventory is managed by their Ford or Audi dealerships, but I absolutely would not recommend this dealership if pursuing one of their used inventory; to be fair, new sales m their Ford or Audi dealerships, but I absolutely would not recommend this dealership if pursuing one of their used inventory; to be fair, new sales may be a different story and the reviews seem to paint that picture. BUT, in either scenario, avoid "Ali" (maybe incorrect spelling), the sales manager (or finance manager). The fees they tack on to a agreed sales price are astronomical, and Ali wouldn't show me a contract or breakdown (fishy! I uploaded a screenshot on their facebook page if you're interested). I got the fees via text message and I questioned a few (such as title and registration because I'm out of state and was shipping the car) and I was told I was required to register and insure the car or they couldn't sell it. Mind you, it was only a $34k car, a cash sale so no financing, and I had a transport company lined up to deliver it to my door. This dealer makes their margin by tacking on BS fees like a $1295 pre-delivery inspection fee; doc fees were even $890 which is upper end for sure. Subsequently I walked on the deal because I just can't trust a dealer like that. Plus, the car had been on cargurus for 129 days with a lot of price drops so no idea what was going on to cause this gorgeous SRT 392 Challenger to not be sold. I hope they finally sell it and the buyer is happy with a special car but that person won't be me! Fees are fine but being dishonest (Ali - sales manager) is not fine. I feel bad for the poor sales guy (Tevin) who I could tell in his voice knew this wouldn't fly and that it was dishonest. More
