If you want to buy a pre-owned Audi, you don't go to the big shiny showroom on Northern Blvd, instead you go to the rundown hole around the corner. Then it goes down hill. Beyond my better judgment, and I still do not know why I did it, I gave Biener "Audi" my business. I left a deposit on a car and requested final numbers (finance terms, total of pocket, etc) before I picked it up. The finance manager never called me, but I reluctantly went to pick up the car and walked in blind. Now I know why. They added something they called a pre-owned vehicle inspection fee. I walked. I literally got up out of the chair and walked out. My suspicions were correct, they were trying to pull a fast one. The salesperson calls, promises to waive the fee, I reach out to the GM who reviewed the contract and there was no fee. There was a fee, it was just removed before he saw the contract. I go to pick up the car a second time, why I don't exactly know, but I did. Paperwork goes fine now. I get in the car to drive it away and there are fingernails on the floor on the passenger side (ew). As I go to clean that out, I notice the tires don't match. 4 tires. Three different ones. There is nothing right about this place. Perhaps in the big shiny dealership on Northern Blvd things are different, but over at pre-owned, it is a disaster. I regret picking up this car. I should have listened to my gut and walked away. Big mistake. I implore you, take your business elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I made. More

Purchasing from the used department, was a nice low pressure sales experience, until we got the Finance person, Large delta between Purchase Price and what was on the loan paperwork, was not found unti pressure sales experience, until we got the Finance person, Large delta between Purchase Price and what was on the loan paperwork, was not found until after the transaction. got a good run around, and despite asking for a call back on the post purchase survey still have not received a call back. Multiple calls to the finance person have not been returned. According to other sites, this seems to be the SOP. Avoid doing business here More
