They took the time to explain features and other questions I had especially saying goodbye to my Range Ro dealership with a new 2022 Q3 in no time!! These NY streets can be brutal. If you want real deal salesmen who can save you time and money giving you exactly what you are looking for, do yourself a favor and travel to Great Neck. It was well worth it and I LOOOVVE my new car. During this car shortage I was so happy to find a car that fit me. Process so easy, I couldn’t believe it. Super friendly staff! More

Stopped to look at a pre-owned Audi Q5. They have a lot of cars in stock but dealership location is not optimal with very little parking. Car wasn't very clean but that is understandable since it had been of cars in stock but dealership location is not optimal with very little parking. Car wasn't very clean but that is understandable since it had been sitting outside. Our saleman was knowledgeable about the car and was able to discuss its features. The issue was dealership fees. I asked quite a few times about fees. At first I was told there were none, which I told them doesn't seem realistic in this day and age, I was then told $175. Not until the very end, when we sat down with the Finance Manager, were we told of an additional $995 dealer fee. I assume they expect most people to just shrug and pay it. I told them that I asked about fees and that wasn't disclosed and I wasn't ready to proceed and left. For an added bity of aggravation, when they asked for my insurance info for the loan application, they went ahead and added the car to the policy at that time so I had to undo that. I understand dealer fees are a fact of life these days and a lot of dealers add them on. The issue was that it wasn't disclosed to me when I asked them point blank. Even with the fee the price wasn't terrible, but it made the whole deal seem shady. They came off as unethical. More
