Don’t be fooled by the ad on their website which clearly states "By shopping with us, you'll have a positive, honest experience with no hidden dealer fees, dealer administration fees, dealer prep fees or an states "By shopping with us, you'll have a positive, honest experience with no hidden dealer fees, dealer administration fees, dealer prep fees or any other surprises.” Before going to the dealership, I called and asked the salesperson about a pre-owned vehicle and what additional fees were charged. I was told that there was only a $175 document fee and so I went down to purchase it from the same salesperson I spoke with originally and agreed on a final price, which was exactly their original asking price. I was then told I needed to meet with the finance manager which I assumed I was meeting to pay to complete the transaction. The finance manager then told me that the final price would be an additional $1995 which on the pre-owned vehicle was an almost 14% increase! Naturally, I asked why the price went up and was told… wait for it… that they were a dealer prep fee, as well as another fee. I asked that they do something about these hidden fees which were not originally disclosed, neither when I called, nor after the salesperson and I agreed to a final price. The finance manager left and came back and said there was nothing they could do about the fees and get this… then told me the car was sold! Clearly they were either trying to force me into agreeing to the fees and or just wanted to get rid of me because the car is still advertised as for sale on their website and other car sites, and entire week later after my “interaction” with them! So much for “positive, honest experience with no hidden dealer fees”. I assumed that because this was a luxury car dealer that I would not have to deal with these types of shady practices… Buyer beware! More
This Audi dealership is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. I bought a Q3 from them just approaching two years ago three months after purchasing the car, I started having several issues ranging from b been to. I bought a Q3 from them just approaching two years ago three months after purchasing the car, I started having several issues ranging from breaks, needing to be changed, tires, wheel, bearing, timing chain, and the worst of all the oil pressure light coming on For an entire year I brought the car month after month without resolution they continued to change a bunch of sensors while telling me they didn’t know what the issue is. Fast forward a few months after my warranty expires. All of a sudden they figure it out. It’s an engine issue and they are expecting me to pay $6000 to fix this issue due to their negligence. This is absolutely outrageous how they take advantage of people. The service department has had my vehicle more than I’ve had the chance to drive it in the last two years. Clearly there was an issue with this car at the time it was sold an engine just doesn’t need to be replaced after approaching two years of someone owning a vehicle and the car is only from 2017. This dealership is full of crooks and they need to be stopped so they don’t continue taking advantage of people. I’ve asked them several times over the last year if there indeed was a problem with the engine, and I was assured every single time that if it was an engine issue, they would know. I cannot believe how this brand treats their clients. I went to the Audi dealership as opposed to any other because I thought a brand like this would have some ethics and good customer service. Clearly I was wrong. I would advise you not to go to this Audi dealership unless you want issues with your vehicle and them to make you feel like you are the problem. I didn’t ask to purchase a vehicle with all these issues and I really don’t appreciate everyone making it seem like I’m such a pain for just wanting a vehicle that actually works . I hope this review helps other people to not be taken advantage of. They need to be held accountable and they should be replacing the engine at no cost to me since they clearly missed this over the last year that they’ve had my car for a month at a time. More
