I don't recommend Biener Audi they don't give you the best price. I got a quote for the Audi Q5 and it wasnt good at all (So Over Priced). There customer service is amazing. They took their time in explaining things. I mean come on your buying a vehicle that is over 50,000 you would want to get the best price and some good customer service. Everyone is nice and when it comes to neg pricing they are willing to work with you. I delt with the sales guy named JOE I recommend him. Yea Biener sucks and as far as I no there over priced and over rated. My rating's is what I expierenced. So go to Huntington Audi thats my recommendation. I dont recomment Biener at all. More

From Mr. Wiehl to Mr. Kay in the CPO department, all they care about is sucking away cash from you without even caring you will be a return customer for service. And if you come here for service, their service department is run by a maniac who will only act at gunpoint. No business ethic whatsoever, BIENER AUDI is an institutionalized crook. There are numerous Tri-state dealerships that will happily welcome your business and proudly bear the AUDI name. Never again with BIENER, they are a disgrace to the auto industry and to the AUDI brand name. More

When i decide to buy a 2009 CERTIFIED AUDI Q7 and was browsing for that online as well as some audi dealerships,i came across BIENER AUDI website with some wonderful preowned vehicles with awesome prices, right away i called the preowned sales dept. to get some detailed information about a car i was intertested .I talked to a preowned sales agent Mr.JEFF,he answered all my questions so patiently every time(the reason i'm mentioning all my questions is because i asked him too many questions b4 my purchase)and let him know that this is the first time i'm buying a vehicle without looking at it in person so it makes me nervous (since i live in michigan and new york is a little too far for me),he was kind enough to understand my situation and helped me find the right one that suites my interest, during my purchase i also talked another preowned agent Mr.MATT who is equally pleasing as JEFF. After finalizing my purchase,i got my car shipped it to me securely and safely before christmas thats december 23rd 2011,the vehicle looked just as described .... i felt soo happy and i wanted to share my honest experience so other new customers like me won't feel insecure.i had to mention that this purchase was done not in person yet i'm satisfied 100% . So for sure i'm going to recommend BIENER AUDI to my friend and family.The reason i took some time and wrote this review is because i felt very happy the way the agents JEFF and MATT treated me and helped me every single time i called them and this is the least i sould be doing to appreciate both of them. My friend and I--both 25 and with well paying jobs--drove 45 minutes to Biener Audi for me to test drive a TT and discuss prices. I suppose it's because we were wearing jeans and sneakers and not business suits, but when we got there, we were met with stares from the three or four of the sales advisers. I literally saw two of them look at me from top to bottom, as if questioning if I was serious for being there. When I told them I wanted to test drive a TT, they told me there were none available. Then they passed me off to Tony Renna. He too looked me and my friend over before inviting us to sit down in talk. Tony then explained that the TT on the showroom floor could not be taken out for a test drive--which I understood--and that the car would not be available until at least four days later for some reason. Now, if you are looking to sell a car, I'd expect you to at least make an effort to make the car available for a test drive, especially when the prospective buyer drove as far as we did just to see, drive, and discuss pricing on that very car. He then gave us a brochure and we went on our way. So yea, if you have a young face, be prepared to be ignored, no matter how much you're able and willing to spend or how prepared you are to make a dealer. More
Marc gave me the info I needed over the Net. His prices were lower than other Audi dealers, the car was ready as promised. I purchased this car in a matter of hours, he gave me more for my trade in than were lower than other Audi dealers, the car was ready as promised. HORRIBLE and humiliating experience!!such unprofessional behavior! The sales agent did his best to "convince" us NOT to get an Audi... Went initially for sales, guy was so negative and tried to actually dissuade me from buying an s5 so I purchased from greenwich. Then went for servicing twice, and both times lied to me that they would be to actually dissuade me from buying an s5 so I purchased from greenwich. Jeff called me in the morning from the dealership - he is a used car sales rep. He stated that the car was $XXXXX firm and as if he held the holy grail asked: interested or not? I was speachless as to his arrogance and after a week when the stock market dipped 200 points and there was a double dip recession in the wings, found his attitude to be obtuse as if he lived in another world. Needless to say, no wonder the car hasn't been sold for months. Great job Jeff! You're fired. More
