They stood behind their deal and proved themselves to be very honorable in this transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend dealing with them as a result of this. Mark More

They surprise you with a $132 fee to "diagnose your problem," even if you have already targeted the issue. I was blindsided by this fee, as they did not mention anything about it when I called to your problem," even if you have already targeted the issue. I was blindsided by this fee, as they did not mention anything about it when I called to schedule an appointment, and they conveniently fail to mention anything about it on their website. I don't know how this place can compete with the Service Department at Audi of Huntington, where they don't charge such a ridiculous fee. More
Without a doubt the most hassle free new vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I went in to buy a new Audi S5 and dealt with salesman Marc Rubin. I had my financing set up before arriving at the dealers experience I've ever had. I went in to buy a new Audi S5 and dealt with salesman Marc Rubin. I had my financing set up before arriving at the dealership. I was never pressured by the salesman to use Audi's financing and the price he gave me was right in line with what all the car buying research websites said it should be. When the Finance manager called me at home before I picked up the vehicle I was expecting him to try and sell me on their financing and extended warranties etc. All he asked was "When do you want the car ready to be picked up?". No hard sell or pressure to get me to purchase anything extra. Went in on a Monday and drove out with my car 3 days later. Unbelievably smooth transaction. More
I found a Certified Pre Owned 2009 Audi A4 Avant at Biener while shopping on the internet. Since I live in Vermont, and none were available locally, I called, negotiated a price and agreed to purchase Biener while shopping on the internet. Since I live in Vermont, and none were available locally, I called, negotiated a price and agreed to purchase the car over the phone, flew in and drove the car home. My assumption, which proved wrong, was that since the car is Audi Certified, the quality was guaranteed. When I got home, I noticed the cargo cover was missing, and the windshield wiper blades were torn, so I called Matt, my salesman. After many phone calls and emails, Matt was able to obtain a used cover and wiper blades ship them to me. The second issue I had was, after opening the sun roof for the first time, it wouldnt close, it just made a grinding noise. This was a big inconvenience, as I was unable to use the car, and it was obviously never checked during the certification inspection. When I called Biener about this, the sales department pushed me off to the service dept.,who never called me back. I was able to have the roof repaired at my local Audi dealer under warranty. The biggest issue I have with Biener, and the one that really indicated how little they car about their customers and reputation, is I had to have the front brakes replaced after only 1100 miles, and they took no responsibility. I had to pay for the brake replacement at the local Audi dealer, and Biener would not reimburse me the cost. After spending $25000.00 for a used car, they are willing to lose a customer, and risk their reputation for $370.00. That says it all! Penny wise and pound foolish, my mother used to say. As my only avenue for recourse, I have filed a complaint with Audi NA customer service. Hopefully they will see how absurd this is, and make me whole. I dealt with the same BMW dealership in White Plains 9 and still do) for 11 years, and I never received this type of treatment. More

Matt was very helpful by providing an excellent deal for a 2010 S4. This vehicle turned out to be a problem (KEEP READING) with severe transmission problems which even a complete transmission replacement f a 2010 S4. This vehicle turned out to be a problem (KEEP READING) with severe transmission problems which even a complete transmission replacement from Audi corporate did not cure. Rich (the General Manager) was very helpful in purchasing the car back for the full amount paid and offering us a choice of replacements. We selected another S4, which was offered at a very fair price, and have been happy since. During the service visits, Jonathan, the service writer, was also very cooperative and kept us well informed. More
Just over one year ago, we walked into Biener Audi looking for a new Q5 (we already owned an A4). The salesman was downright rude, remained seated at his desk and kept looking at his computer screen looking for a new Q5 (we already owned an A4). The salesman was downright rude, remained seated at his desk and kept looking at his computer screen as we spoke to him. He talked down to us (we don't choose to wear Prada or Gucci, but can afford any car he had to sell three times over), quoted us a price and informed us that it was non-negotiable (this in an economy on life support). We walked out shaking our heads in disbelief, and several hours later had a deposit on the same vehicle at Audi of Huntington for $6,000 less. We chose to service our cars at Biener since it is closer to our home. When I mentioned to Jackie, our very helpful and professional service rep, that we were looking for a 2012 A5 cabriolet, and told her of of our negative past experience, she quickly encouraged me to try Biener again. And I'm glad she did. We were fortunate to have met a prince among car salesmen, Rosario Floro, who treated us with every bit of professionalism, courtesy, dignity and sensitivity possible. Up front, he assured us that he would do whatever it takes to satisfy us. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. We engaged in reasonable and fair negotiation and walked away with a price we felt was fair. When an unfortunate mishap threatened to delay our vehicle's delivery, Rosario jumped through hoops to get our car ready as promised. While I'm still not totally convinced that Biener as a whole shares Rosario's professional prowess, he singlehandedly altered our view of the dealership. They simply don't make 'em any better. Bravo, Rosario! More
