Recently purchased a brand new 2014 Q7 from Biener Audi, a very warm welcome when we first stepped into the dealership. Although there was a mix up on the APR rate for the new 2014 model of 2.9% instead of the 1.9% that was mentioned when we first ordered the vehicle. Nevertheless Drew admitted the error as he had no way of predicting the new APR rate for 2014 models and threw in free tints for the sunroof on behalf of the dealer to compensate for the error. Looking forward to working with this dealership again in near future on either an A5 or A6 purchase. Thank you for the great experience once again. More
