I recently purchased a Audi Q7 TDI 2014. I visited the dealership after visiting other Audi dealerships. I read the reviews on dealership rating Drew had. He made the numbers work for me and the decision was easy. I had ordered the car to my specs and was delivered as promised. Drew is a honest man offering a superior product. Extremely rude. I came in to inquire about purchasing or leasing a 2014 A4 after having a bad experience with a certified pre-owned vehicle from the same dealership. My experience at Biener Audi was extremely pleasant! I was greeted by the very friendly staff instantly and from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel as if I was someone special. This was one of the worst buying experiences... I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE. Charlie Kennedy was wonderful in showing us a car, and taking our $500 deposit. After getting home and doing som not recommend this dealer to ANYONE. Charlie Kennedy was wonderful in showing us a car, and taking our $500 deposit. After getting home and doing some research on the vehicle we were considering, we decided that this was not the car for us based on the reviews. We told Charlie immediately, the next day and asked that a refund of our deposit be made. OK, he said, no problem. SO WHY DID IT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO GET OUR REFUND BACK, ONLY AFTER THREATENING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS. We were given the runaround, and were told daily that the refund was done or had been issued. We spoke to a coworker who was covering for Charlie- Jeff, TOTAL xxx.. We went to this dealer after being referred by a neighbor, who had a good experience, so sorry we did. Our neighbor was actually sorry he referred us after we told him of the incident. I would like to thank a receptionist named Katie (not sure of spelling), as she was the ONLY ONE WHO actually seemed concerned about us being out $500. Times are hard and money doesn't fall out of trees for THOSE OF US WHO WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK, TO BE GIVEN THE SHAFT BY THIS DEALER AND ITS EMPLOYEES. If you are reading this, please don't leave a deposit, go back the next day, the car will still be there. More
