Wow is the best word that can describe Pierre at Biener Audi. I recently purchased a 2011 Audi S4 from a dealership in Ohio. I reached out to Pierre at Biener Audi and I got an immediate response from him saying that he would get me the service records the next day due to the service department being closed. This was at 8pm. Even though I didn't buy a car from Biener or him he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. My experience at Biener Audi was by far greater than any other dealership I visited. I wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted to lease. I visited other dealerships and was given the hard sell and was not comf other dealership I visited. I wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted to lease. I visited other dealerships and was given the hard sell and was not comfortable. When I walked into Biener I was met by Mike Firouztale and was made to feel very comfortable right from the start. He explained to me what vehicle would be in my price range and explained the basics of why Audi is such a quality vehicle. Having driven a VW GTI I knew this was the next step up. This was the last stop of the day and Mike could se that I was tiring and he suggested I come back tomorrow for a test drive. He didn't bother me for my number as other salesmen had done. I came back the next day and test drove the A4 and like Mike says "the Audi sells itself". He got me a great deal on my lease and I picked up my vehicle the next day as promised. He took me around the dealership and introduced to all the people that I needed to know. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very much at home. He took the time to show me everything I needed to know about my vehicle and I left with a huge grin on my face. I'm still smiling today two days later.
