I've seen it get pretty busy in the service office yet Lou keeps as cool as a cucumber and listens to your every word and sees to it that the service on the vehicle is done properly, promptly and with the quality synonymous with the Biener name. Louie has gone as far as giving me his personal cell so that I can reach him at any time of the day for a service question and appointment, he is a professional in an industry that lacks that quality in so many cases, he is personal, friendly and truly cares about his customers, I would highly recommend Biener and it's staff to any potential buyer in the market for an Audi!
