The next day, I received a call from Charlie Kennedy who confirmed that the Audi I was interested in was available. I made an appointment to come in that afternoon. I was happy with the service. The only thing I would recommend is that there they suggest that you take longer test drive. Because I knew how new Audis drive, I wash't that concerned about driving a longer distance, the car I bought had less than 4,000 miles on it. The financing packages were good and the service was very efficient. Overall, it was a very good experience. Also, I left behind my ez pass and was pleased that they retrieved it without my having to ask first and fed-exd it back to my home free of charge. Cristin More
