A storm caused damage to my A8, a car I love and Louie took the car from my premises and isolated all the issues and recommended then executed a complete course of action without adding any additional cost or strain. I have used this service center in the past and have always had a great experience, from ease of scheduling to the communication with the staff and of course the quality of work. Most recently I had and issue concerning my vehicle and it's warranty coverage and with 20 minutes Louie had a solution. He goes above and beyond what I expect from anyone in customer service, and he made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the entire repair process. This is not an exaggeration, as much as I love the vehicles themselves, I would actually be coming back 50% for the quality of the machine and 50% for the quality of service. You can get a high end quality car from a host of other dealers, but the service supplied by your service center and Louie is something that is not so easily found, even inside the Audi brand, as I have used other Audi centers as well and have not been overly impressed. More
