Very rude - went to another dealership to check other brands Visited this dealership to find out more about 2015 Q3, A3 and A4. Not sure what the sales person's name was since I didn't take his business card. I Visited this dealership to find out more about 2015 Q3, A3 and A4. Not sure what the sales person's name was since I didn't take his business card. I threw it back, same way I got it from him. (I checked the photos, he looks like Michael De Cosimo but I'm not sure now, trying to erase him from my memory). Politely asked the sales person about some car features that could help me decide which car I want. I'm planing to buy a new car in next couple of weeks. Smaller but fully loaded. His first greeting was: I have to go to the man's room! After he came back, he was not in a mood to help, giving me some non sense, short answers. We spent like 4-5 minutes talking about the car: me asking and him not giving me an answer. Anyway, more important for him was to get my personal information: phone, address, e-mail, so he can call me every 5 minutes like most of the dealers do today. After I told him I prefer to keep my phone number private until I decide to purchase a car, he said he doesn't want to give me any info about the cars until I give him my personal info. On top of everything he told me he is a professional :) I just left immediately and went to another dealer. More
