The easiest most enjoyable car buying experience of my life After walking into and leaving another Audi dealer discouraged, I was urged by a friend to go see Mike De Cosimo at Biener. My experience was fantast After walking into and leaving another Audi dealer discouraged, I was urged by a friend to go see Mike De Cosimo at Biener. My experience was fantastic from the start. Due to my long working hours, I was forced to visit Biener a little late in the evening. The showroom would be closing in less than 30 minutes. But that didn't matter one bit. Mike was inviting and engaging and very empathetic to my situation. He stayed with us and worked out a deal until we were good and happy. No pressure whatsoever. I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted without feeling like I was a bother, and Mike had a very valid and thorough answer for each and every one. He was very knowledgeable about the product overall as well. I learned quite a during my purchase. Beyond the car questions, Mike was very personable and engaging, making us feel like we were already part of his and the Biener family. As far as the purchase process was concerned, Mike was much more interested in what we were looking to get out of the car rather than what was on his lot too long. He spent the time to find us exactly what we were looking for. We did not have to compromise even one single feature in the car. In regards to pricing, Mike was very straight forward as well. There was little to no haggling necessary in finalizing our price. We also did not feel any pressure to purchase any additional accessories or services that we did not want. Mike was very above board and made sure to give us the impression that this whole thing was about us, not about making a single dollar. By far the best car purchasing experience of my life. I would (and do) recommend Mike De Cosimo to anyone thinking about purchasing either an Audi or any comparable luxury car. He is more than my Audi sales rep, he is now like family. Coming from previously driving a Mercedes Benz, I left Biener with not only impressed with Mike, but with Biener as a whole. Extremely professional, helpful and courteous in not only the showroom, but also in the service department. The dealership experience itself is very high end as well. The best part is that unlike most car dealerships, Biener is completely family owned. It is an absolute pleasure every time I stop in to that showroom. A truly rewarding experience. I love my Q5, Mike, and Biener more and more every day. If you're in the market for an Audi or any luxury vehicle, I recommend whole heart idly that you go visit Mike De Cosimo at Biener. More

Louie is incredible! I've had my Audi for 2 yrs and have a tire and Audi care package so come to Biener's service department a few times a year for various things. I won't I've had my Audi for 2 yrs and have a tire and Audi care package so come to Biener's service department a few times a year for various things. I won't lie, I have complaints about the service department due to a few incidents that were various accidents by the mechanics or personnel. Despite those incidents I don't dread having to bring my car in for service-as long as I can work with Louie. I have twice worked with the woman (I couldn't even tell you her name, she probably doesn't want anyone to know her name) and both times had horrible experiences and one of my bad incidents involved her. I have never worked with any of the other male service reps so can't comment on them. Louie should be cloned, he is really that good. He gives you his full attention, he never brushes you off. And at the same time he is quick, works hard and diligently; it is clear that he works well and is in constant communication with everyone in service so he is always informed and willingly to do what he needs to in order to get things done. When you walk in, Louie is always the busiest and is hardly ever sitting behind his desk-which is often opposite of the other service reps who only sit behind the desk. Even after I leave my car in Louie's hands I know he is on top of things as he calls me to either tell me it's ready and explain the service that was done or will at least inform me of its current status and ETA. I once had a minor issue that my tire lock key had been lost by Mavis when they changed my seasonal tires. I was unable to get over to Audi but had asked a friend to call up Louie to help us. Even my friend raved about how helpful and quick Louie was. He called, he told him to come in and Louie had new tire locks ready to go. No hassle and no time wasted. I really can't say enough about Louie. He is a big part of my decision in wanting to get another Audi after my current lease is up. Last but not least, Louie has a challenging job. Every customer walks in, not wanting to be there and with complaints; Louie is not the person who works on the car but he still has to take full responsibility of what happens while it's there. He never has a bad attitude and though he may seem frustrated at times it is never directed at the customer and if you pay attention you realize the frustration is a result of trying to get anything and everything done for the customer and the hiccups that come along with that. I really hope that Biener compensates him accordingly, it would not be good to lose him since the quality of service would probably go right out the door with him. More

Louis took the time to come over by vechical to answer all of my questions and conerns. The process of calling my tire warranty company and obtaining funds to fix my vechical was taken care off my Louie all i had to do was drop of my car and pick it up! Thanks More

Quickest and best car buying experience I have ever had!! When it comes to cars, I get very specific and particular. I have been in the car game for many years and I finally was able to get a new job that wou When it comes to cars, I get very specific and particular. I have been in the car game for many years and I finally was able to get a new job that would help me afford the car I have been looking at for almost five years now. In April 2014 a special post was made by Audi showcasing a special edition for the car I wanted to purchase. It was so rare and Audi only released 20 cars in the special Nogaro Blue Edition in the US. For 2015 you would have to order this special edition and wait over 3 months for the car to come and pay total full price. I contacted about 10 dealers all over Long Island/Tri State area and I can say that almost every single dealership except two of them I contacted( I won't name names) but it was truly embarrassing how uneducated some people were on the specific car I wanted. I would include links in my emails with detailed descriptions of what I exactly wanted and dealers still would ask me for "more information" like I was not knowledgeable on what I wanted. I contacted Biener Audi last just to see what they had to say and within 3 minutes Breene Callahan responded to me informing me that they had the exact car I wanted in stock (which is shocking) considering how there were only 20 of these cars sent to the United States. The immediate correspondence between Breene and I assured me that I was in good hands and his knowledge about the car right off the bat let me know that he knew exactly what I was talking about. After a few days of speaking to each other, we were able to work out a deal which I could not pass up. The price the other dealerships gave me was more like a mortgage payment than a car payment. The deal we agreed on was beneficial for both sides and there was no haggling or bad feelings about anything. We agreed on the deal on Thursday and I picked up the car up Saturday morning (two days later) and him and Mark Buro (Finance) had all the papers necessary ready to be signed. Mark Buro also was very nice and gave me a great deal on a car care package which is invaluable especially living in New York with all the road hazards. I was in the dealership for only 20 minutes as compared to hours and hours at dealerships with sub par employees. Maybe I am just not accustomed to dealing with such courteous and respectful people while purchasing cars but I have never had such a great experience. Breene answered any questions I had about the car and we stay in contact here and there seeing how each other are doing. Breene would even answer emails after he left work for the day just to make sure he answered any of my relentless questions. For someone to put up with the walls that I have up says a lot. I am very stubborn and almost impossible to make a deal with because I know what I want to pay for the car I plan to purchase and if I don't get the deal that I want, I will walk out of the dealership or cease any correspondence. I HIGHLY recommend the amazing sales staff, finance staff, service and management staff at Biener Audi especially the professionalism of Breene Callahan and Mark Buro for assisting me in my car purchase. Biener has been around for decades and they will continue to be with the amazing team they have there. I will never go to any other Audi dealership ever again because of the precedents and satisfaction that were set at Biener Audi. I cannot thank you enough Breene Callahan! More
