Louis Del Bazo is the best! I've owned several Audi's, BMW's and Mercedes' and generally the service has been good with all of the high end dealerships I've used. I can honestly say that Joe Mortell, Sanjeev Nair and the Biener team provided the best car buying experience of my career. They went the extra mile in every aspect of the purchase. There are very few family run automobile dealerships anymore. Today everything is about scale and Moving product. Far from what I experienced- The Biener team took the time to make sure that everything that was important to me was addressed. The delivery process was incredibly smooth taking no more than a half an hour for me to turn in my old car and get educated on my new Audi. Hats off to everybody and I will definitely be back. More

Just a few things that set him apart: -He consistently has a positive attitude and genuinely listens to your questions and concerns. -If you wait for service, he'll check in with you and update you on progress. He can sense if you're in a hurry and will check with you first before keeping the car for additional time to wash. -During the Holidays I emailed him with a few questions about warranty service, and he quickly and politely followed up. -Does not try to nickel and dime me or sign me up for unnecessary service. It's very refreshing to have such a positive service experience - big credit to Jeremy. I'll definitely consider buying from Biener when I replace my Audi since the service has been so great. More
