Right from the first meeting, the sales person Charlie Kennedy was extremely helpful in obtaining the registration for me (I am not a US citizen and had never resided in the USA), not an easy task I assure you ! Every time I took my car in for servicing or to replace a tire which was a victim of a NYC pothole, the staff were professional, friendly and performed the work on time. The dealership even paid for 2 tires after Goodyear stopped producing the requisite model. I just had a recall issue repaired and once again, no questions, no problems, the work performed on time. I would definitely recommend Biener to anyone that is thinking of purchasing an Audi, new or used. More
