He was hands on, and very experienced and knowledgeable in the vehicles that he sells. We were purchasing this car for our daughter as her first car. And he was most pleasurable to work with. Moustapha Aly, the finance manager, made the whole financing aspect of the deal, Easy to navigate not too much back-and-forth. I have bought many cars throughout my life. But working with Pierre was the smoothest experience I ever had. Originally I ordered my Q5 in October and was told it would take 5 to 6 months, bu But working with Pierre was the smoothest experience I ever had. Originally I ordered my Q5 in October and was told it would take 5 to 6 months, but Less than a month later, They informed me of the exact build that was coming in within a month. I was able to get my vehicle the first week of December. Pierre took care of everything for me and there was no pressure anytime during the process. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. If you need an Audi I would recommend going to Great Neck. More
