There was no high-pressure sales pitch and everything was clearly laid out without gimmicks involving “manager approvals” that I’ve witnessed at other dealers. The delivery couldn’t have been smoother too. Pierre took time to explain every feature of the Q5 and even setup many so that driving off the lot we could just go… We fully intend to return to Biener Audi for our next car. More

The most awesome car experience ever! Yes, we all feel that feeling when we go to purchase a car..... or in our case lease a car. And for us, this was our first ever lease when for years w Yes, we all feel that feeling when we go to purchase a car..... or in our case lease a car. And for us, this was our first ever lease when for years we always purchased. We had that feeling when we went to other dealerships but upon entering Biener Audi we felt so comfortable and at ease. The receptionist was very polite and courteous and when only when we were ready we were introduced to Mike Firouztale. We explained what we were looking for, were not quite sure either to buy or lease. Mike says...No problem. He gave us the overview of the Q3 and Q5 and how it compared to other vehicles in its class. We then scheduled a test drive a couple of days later. When other dealers only let you go around the block, Mike encouraged us to take a Q5 around various road local surfaces and even onto the highway! We then returned to the dealership. We then said which package we liked, made our offer and done. No more than 20 minutes. No haggling back and forth, no sweating it out with the floor manager, a true pleasure and class act. We inspected our car three days later and then picked it up two days later. So a total of five days:). George in Finance was easy to work with over the phone and again, no pressure whatsoever. Upon pick up, Mike worked with us in the car for at least 45 minutes going over every feature, tech detail and button. After that we all took a ride togther to get gas and Mike F filled up the tank personally! Would I recommend this dealership, YES! Would I recommend Mike F..another YES! More

Immediately after I purchased the car he devoted 2 full hours (!!!) to sitting in the car and driving the car with me so I could learn how to operate all the techno "bells and whistles". He was very patient and very clear in his explanations. He knows every detail about my car as if he had built it himself! He is the salesman you want to go to if you want to buy an Audi!! Once in the Service area, every single person working there is knowledge, friendly and professional. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, so if you do have to wait it is a pleasant experience. If you drop off your vehicle, the Service member contacts you as soon as possible to inform you of any issues and advises you so you can make an informed decision, never pressuring you into unesessary work. Your vehicle is always ready when promised, clean and ready to go. I would purchase another Audi from Biener just for the Service Department alone. More
