Rude employee I spoke with Ted over the phone reagrading Audi qx30 and he gave me completely wrong information over the phone. He mentioned car has technology package and gave me lease price over the phone. When I got there, he said oh this car didn't have technology package, but if you want one with it the lease price will change. When I started negotiating he mentioned this is not a grocery store. He was very rude, didn't know how to speak with customer. I have leased multiple cars in the past including masarati, Bmw and Mercedes, never met as rude as Ted. Louis Del Balzo always takes care of me. It's never a question of "if" I'll be receiving exceptional service or not, it's just the norm. Louis makes everything stress-free and he always make it a priority to get me in and out as fast as possible. I also never feel ripped off, even for a german car company. Purchased my 2nd CPO from Biener Audi I drive quite a bit and while I like to have my car look good and run well, the usage leads me to buying a "new" CPO every 3 years. I do this so I ca I drive quite a bit and while I like to have my car look good and run well, the usage leads me to buying a "new" CPO every 3 years. I do this so I can have the first owner pay the big depreciation while I get the benefit of gently pre owned vehicle with a great Audi warranty. Biener's CPO team always seams to know how to pick the cream of the crop of cars that come back on lease. I just scooped up a 3 year old A5 Cabrio with less than 10k miles on it and an awesome warranty - remainder of original 4 year plus 2 more CPO warranty. The price was fair and far below new retail. They gave me a good (not great but fair) value on my 6 year old A5 Cabrio trade. The whole experience was terrific from the minute I walked in until I drove away. No high pressure sales and now hard sell for any add ons. All in all a great experience. Thanks to Lloyd and John in CPO and always thanks to Louie in Service who makes having your care serviced a simple task. More

This is the only time in my life that I left a d For years I've heard from many people, "go to Biener, go to Biener, go to Biener"... I now know why! This is the only time in my life that I left a dealership saying "wow, that was a pleasure!". Sales manager Drew Russo, Sales rep Marc Rubin and finance manager Brian Paige are all pleasant people (I also met the general manager and had some nice conversation with him). They did not start out with ridiculous numbers to cross out and play games. I came in with a number for them to match and before they knew what my number was, they quoted me the same price. These guys are friendly and nice without the lies and games of EVERY other dealer I have ever experienced. For every dealer that I've had horrible experiences with, I've met dozens of people that have had nothing nice to say either. I've always heard great things about Biener, and since I got my car from them a week ago, have run into several people already that praise them. I won't mention other dealers names however, I work in Lynbrook two minutes from an audi dealer which happened to have my car in stock. The salesman didn't know anything about the car or it's available options and the sales manager was rude and nasty. Biener is worth the 35 minute ride over the 2 minute ride (or walk). Until now I have always said "they're all the same!" or "one is worse than the next!" Biener is the exception... "Go To Biener!" More
