Terrible experience I walk in this dealership with my friend cuz he wants to lease a Audi A6, after we looked the car for 15 mins, No one come up to us to help, one sales I walk in this dealership with my friend cuz he wants to lease a Audi A6, after we looked the car for 15 mins, No one come up to us to help, one sales person pass by. His name is Ted, after brief conversation and he didn't even try to help me, instead he ask my friend if he has green card or good credit, I mean isn't that finance managers job ? Why he asking that ...and then he say u should get co-signer if this is your first time to lease a car, my friend has good credit by the way, and then he just leave us there, and walk away to do his own thing. Didn't even offer us any test drive or demonstrate the car to us, immediately turn us down. The next day my friend leased Audi A6 from different place ! Too bad. He is rude and disrespectful and he just lost our business! More
