Audi Grapevine has many good cars and many good financial options for a late year purchase. The Q5 Premium Plus was attractively priced and the sales people answered all our questions about the vehicle. One options for a late year purchase. The Q5 Premium Plus was attractively priced and the sales people answered all our questions about the vehicle. One crucial detail was the lack of transparency regarding the finance terms. Audi USA offers a 2.9 rate for 60 months according to their website. Unfortunately and despite a credit score in the 800s, we were not offered that deal. Instead, the finance and insurance person did the "we send your credit application to a number of banks" spiel. We wound up with a higher loan rate than we should have. We agreed because we only had a couple of days to buy a vehicle. We don't feel that the dealer was completely honest with us regarding the financial part of the deal. After several hours, we were worn out and just wanted to leave. We do like our SUV but I will look elsewhere to find an Audi S3. More

The purchase process although lengthy was conducted over the internet. Communication was good. Upon delivery , the Sales rep Jeff was patient and thorough explaining the Audi connect system. Finance manager was quick and on point. We had a walk around of the car The car was detailed and looked good. I was an out of town buyer. On the way home the TPMS displayed an alarm of tire pressure loss. We found a Bucky’s and checked the tire pressure. The spec for the car is 45 lbs and they checked at 38,39 lbs. Seems like the pre delivery team missed checking the tires to spec. Slight inconvenience. Upon closer inspection, once I got home, there was detailing residue on the paint in a small area. It was very difficult to remove. I suspect some type of paint sealer, wax was left on too long and wouldn’t buff out. A slight inconvenience. This is my third Audi, this being an S5 Sportback. It is a looker and fun to dive. I would purchase again from Audi Grapvine. More
