Q5 with 4000 miles on it had it’s compressor on the AC system fail on July 23rd. Took 6 weeks to get the part from Germany. Wasn’t offered a loaner during this time being told they didn’t have any. Now they tried to put the new compressor in but discovered they needs new seals and those need to be ordered too. Didn’t discover the need for new seals 6 weeks ago, So now were on 8 weeks with the car still at Sufi grapevine and it’s still not fixed, no timeline for it to be fixed, no loaner and oh yeah I’m paying for it monthly. Wife not happy. Bad. More
