First of all the dealership titled our car in another persons name. They wanted to title it back to us as the second owner. Fought them for a year. Never have found out if we are titled as the original o persons name. They wanted to title it back to us as the second owner. Fought them for a year. They also told me there was a nail in my tire so they needed to replace the tire. I took the car to Discount Tire. They never found a nail or anything wrong with the wheels or tires except that the tires needed rotation which, for the second time I had just paid Audi Grapevine to do. Now I'm wondering if they are actually changing the oil and the filter. Someone should really investigate this place. More

I was also surprised to see there were no snacks available for their customers. They said they had a shuttle service to drop me off and pick me up but when I arrived I was told about a rental company they use and I could get a good deal on renting a car. I was already spending a hefty amount to repair my vehicle, I don't want to spend more when the website says they have loan cars. You need to update your website to reflect that you don't have loan cars. More
