Vernon was incredible and quickly helped with a late afternoon battery issue. He answered a bunch of questions that I had and made recommendations on how to prevent a further issue and future needed ma afternoon battery issue. They are ready to sell or lease; after that, service is not stellar. Pushback on everything.
